Last month I covered the changes the United States Postal Service (USPS) has implemented with regard to requested in-home delivery dates for time-sensitive mailings. I tried to clarify what the changes really mean to mailers. Simply put, mail that is drop-ship entered with USPS early will not be held or warehoused in order to meet the requested in-home dates.
